Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Items can be delivered to our hospital directly at no charge, or you can have items shipped to you directly via Purolator (for extra charge).  You can even set up automatic orders for food and supplements that you use every day! All orders will be received within 5-7 days, usually on Wednesday or Thursday. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped to our hospital.

RETURNS

We will accept returns within 7 days, based on our current in-clinic return policy. However, all items ordered through the online store may subject to a 10% restocking fee.

NOTE: All items must be in clean, resaleable condition. ALL ITEMS WITH AN (NR) IN DESCRIPTION ARE NON-RETURNABLE, INCLUDING SEASONAL ITEMS.
