Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Items can be delivered to our hospital directly at no charge, or you can have items shipped to you directly via Purolator (for extra charge).  You can even set up automatic orders for food and supplements that you use every day! All orders will be received within 5-7 days, usually on Wednesday or Thursday. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped to our hospital. 

RETURNS

No items purchased on the store are eligible for refund. All sales are final, unless there is a palatability issue with veterinary diet.
